PARKING/NEW LOCATION: MY SUITE IS NOW LOCATED INSIDE DOLLHOUSE SALON, 641 NEW PARK AVE, WEST HARTFORD CT💕 DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT METHODS Deposits should be paid on Cashapp or Zelle $nauraslayedmyhair nauraxc@icloud.com The remaining balance due at the appointment time is to be paid in CASH or through cashapp/zelle. Deposits for all services UNDER $150, will be $30 Deposits for all services $150-220 are $50, For any service over $220 the deposit is $100. (Typically for color or extension services) Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! You may use them to reschedule once, if 48 hr notice is given. If you cancel completely, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits must be sent within 24 hrs of booking or your request will not be approved. NEW CLIENT POLICY: All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to any service. I am only accepting new clients by consultation. Please book a consultation prior to booking your first appointment! LATE POLICY: Please respect your appointment time! We ask that all clients are no later than fifteen minutes past their scheduled appointment time. Anything later than fifteen minutes late will result in a cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a no-show and the no-show policy will be enforced. You will need to pay a separate deposit to book again. CHILDREN’S POLICY: I welcome all children over the age of six years old, with parental supervision. Parents will be asked to sign a waiver granting permission to service any children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, and book an appointment, a parent is required to sign your waiver prior to your service, or we will not be able to service you. Parents are REQUIRED to stay with their child the entirety of the service. REDO POLICY: All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with the service received, any issues mentioned within 48 hours of your appointment time will absolutely be corrected free of charge. Clients are allowed only one redo and only if there is something mechanically wrong with the service they received. All redo appointments must be scheduled within the same week of the original appointment. Anything after this time period will be charged the full price of the service! A non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits are deducted from the service total. Any cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment will require a separate deposit for future booking.
